Assessment Appeal helps owners of commercial and industrial property in Marion County and Lake County, Indiana appeal their property tax assessments. We are a private company. We are not the county or the State of Indiana.
Our focus is owner-run properties: gas stations and convenience stores, motels and hotels, small warehouses, shops and offices. A certified tax representative reviews every case. Nothing is filed without the owner's approval for that property and that year.
