Terms of use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. They are between you and Assessment Appeal LLC ("Assessment Appeal", "we").

Our service

We help owners of commercial and industrial property in Indiana appeal their property tax assessments. A tax representative certified by the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance reviews every case and represents the owner under a power of attorney (State Form 23261). We file an appeal only with the owner's written approval for that property and that year.

Estimates are not promises

The values, savings and fees on this website are estimates from public records. They can be wrong or change. We do not promise any result. An appeal can end with no change, a lower value, or a higher value. Every case is decided by the assessor, the county board, or a higher authority, not by us.

The fee agreement governs

Using this website does not make you our client. You become a client only when you sign our fee agreement. If the fee agreement and this website say different things, the fee agreement governs. Our published prices are on the pricing page.

No legal advice

We do not give legal advice. Information on this website is general. It is not advice about your property or your rights. If you need legal advice, talk to an attorney.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

We may limit or block use that breaks these rules.

Public records

Property data on this website comes from public records published by Indiana and its counties. We show the source and date for each value. Public records can have errors.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the newest version will be shown on this page.
